standard service visit I love my Subaru dealership I think they are just overtaxed right now. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation . Int was completed within an hour thanks to Elba . Lacked a sense of urgency to be on time Eveyone was friendly and professional. 8:15 appointment turned into 8:30. Then an hour service was longer with no staus report after an hour. Poor and inaccurate service Brought car to get remote lock fixed for the second time. Told there was water damage, when on previous visit no one told me about that, seems made up Brought car to get remote lock fixed for the second time. Told there was water damage, when on previous visit no one told me about that, seems made up. Told there TPM light indicator was on after the fix and there was nothing they could do, when I get on the car, the TPM light indicator was actually off, what ?? Asked about tire replacement, no one got back to me on that. I surrender the vehicle for service at 10 am with appointment and was given back the vehicle at 3.30 pm, 5 hours for a module replacement.
