Joe and Elba are SO helpful Joe Salerno is amazing. He is basically a master at juggling clientele, his coworkers, the telephone, and all other interfering circumstances (the ne Joe Salerno is amazing. The day I had my car serviced, there was another woman, her name was Elba. She was under training with Joe (how lucky could she get?!)
