I had to call to verify arrival of the part needed. I was then told that I would get a phone letting me know about the part arrival. It was a text that I received and then I had to call to schedule the repla then told that I would get a phone letting me know about the part arrival. It was a text that I received and then I had to call to schedule the replacing of the part (driver side window regulator). I was at the dealer waiting on this service for 3 hours which is not an issue until this past weekend I lowered the window to find that it has the same issue.
