Terrible car, terrible experience. 8 months later I had the wonderful experience of dealing with Mr. Mario Padron. He had the patience to teach my son how to drive a manual transmission. Worked with us so we were able to trade in the Golf and get the Subaru WRX without losing too much money. Took the time to explain all the features of the car to myself and my son but most of all, was not high pressure like most sales people. He has a great personality and is an asset to the Subaru/Lexus sales team of Pembroke Pines. I would highly recommend Mario if you are in the market for a new/used Subaru or Lexus! I know I'll be calling upon him in the future when my current lease is up. ?? More

I was buying a car for my daughter and wanted something safe, both in terms of crash ratings and the tech features (i.e. Rear view camera, blind spot warning, SOS button, etc.). Mike explained all the features and on top of that helped me buy the car at a very fair price. I would no hesitate to buy another car from Subaru, and if I did, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone other than Mike Kahuk. More

Lazy and Rip-Off Igor Aranovskiy tried his best to sell me a completely checked out and clean used BMW they advertised on various websites. I'm from out of state, but Igor Aranovskiy tried his best to sell me a completely checked out and clean used BMW they advertised on various websites. I'm from out of state, but they told me they do such sales all the time. Dealership tried to charge $1155 for increased doc/Proc fees, some buried in a "Government Fees" line. Double charged me for Utah registration, but it took five days for them to find the errors, admit and correct them. That is on Duane Massa, the lazy and incompetent Sales Director. THEN Igor disclosed a defect on the door glass (thank you). I could not trust these people to risk flying in from Utah to see the car. Canceled the sale. Responding to the automated email invitation from the General Sales Manager (not written by him) confirmed my impression that this is the epitome of the type of dealership we all fear. I let Vladimir Keslin know of my concerns about how the dealership conducted this sale. POORLY WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS!, he dismissed my problems and defended his employees. Not all sales go like this, I know, but mine did. Be careful with these folks. More
