Don't go anywhere else! I first met Barry when we were purchasing our 2013 Subaru Impreza. We live east but after having a HORRIBLE experience at Joey Accardi Subaru (seriously - I can not believe Subaru even lets them use the name) we found Barry. He bent over backwards for us, got us exactly what we needed. I just called Barry again today when we found ourselves looking for another Subaru, and three years later he still remembers us! I wouldn't buy from anyone else - this dealer is great, and Barry takes really good care of his customers. More

Very Accomodating & Professional While attempting to purchase my Subaru WRX premium on 02/27/2017 I ran into a problem, none relating to the dealership. I had my credit reports blocke While attempting to purchase my Subaru WRX premium on 02/27/2017 I ran into a problem, none relating to the dealership. I had my credit reports blocked for my protection but lifted them so my report could be reviewed by creditor. Well, let me tell you that never happened on day one. I was in the dealer for literally 7 hours arguing with Equifax as to why my report is still showing a 0 as if I just came out of thin air. Later that day, I was sent home with the car courtesy of Edwin Barrantes without financing (he also gave me part of his lunch) but had to return the next day. I really appreciate the trust factor but I wouldn't recommend doing that with 99% of customers. Lol. Anyhow, I returned on 02/28/2017 the following morning with Equifax on the phone with success. My report was finally lifted after arriving, and wow...I am actually a person who didn't appear out of thin air. Ha. The staff was very accommodating (Thomas Jimenez, Alexandre Da Silva, Rudy Font) during the entire process. I only wish they could've found me more discounts. This is the 2nd car within the last 2 years purchased from this Subaru. More

Light change $125 I would not recommend to service your vehicle here. Our rear passenger meter light was out, we requested to change it. So, inspection was $125. Light bulb $65 ($4 for 2 at Walmart) and $55 for a half hour labor. When I have tried to call the service representative, I got kicked around and forwarded to voice mail... Not surprised by such customer care. If you're a scam artist, you'd better hide! Never again... More

Mario Padron has been an excellent representative of the Dealership and the Subaru Brand. He is very effective with his immediate follow up after the initial purchase. Not to mention that he occasionally touched base with us to see how our experience has been going of the year. His personality over the phone and in person is very up beat and personable. Very important for me to mention that I now live in Boca Raton, Fl with a dealership within 4 miles of my home.
