My service advisor introduced me to Aldo from sales and gave me a the nuts and bolts of the new Subaru Ascent. Jaime the service advisor is always in a pleasant mood when I go for service and gives me the essential recommendations for what the car needs serviced at the time of the appointment and what could wait for the next service. I extremely advise anyone who has a Subaru to get there service done at this dealer even if you purchased at one of the other dealers in Miami or Palm beach and there services are comparable with all shops ( dealers or Mom and Pop shops). I started my sales journey by first visiting Bird Road Subaru, as the dealership is only 10 minutes from my home in Miami. No kidding, the two salesman and even the Sales Manager at that dealership did not want to show new cars on their lot as it was raining outside. I left this dealership in frustration to drive 40 minutes in terrible South Florida traffic to visit Subaru on Pembroke Pines. WOW!!! Words can't even begin to describe the professionalism of this Dealership. Within an hour and half, I walked out with a brand new 2019 CrossTrek fully loaded. From my salesman, Mike Kahuk to the Sales Manager, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and guided me to the right car with the right options for my daughter. My only complaint with this Dealership.... is it too far from my house! But there's zero chance I'll ever step foot and go back to Bird Road Subaru... not even for a cup of coffee. More
