The car was taken in and it was fix and we were all happy. I have spend thousands of dollars servicing my Subaru at the dealership. On the last service that was done on February 19 due to a part that was installed the wrong way just about a week prior, we all notice a little dent on the hood. We spend a long while waiting for a video that showed something inconclusive in my opinion. At the end the car was fixed the right way this time and we went home. This time we went home very disappointed, because we went home with a dent in the hood We will not return to service my vehicle at this dealership. We bought 2 vehicles there. Our reletionship goes back to 2002. i love Subaru, but the next buy will be at a different location. Joe Salerno has always been the person taking care of us at arrival. He is very professional and his customer service is second to none. More
