Good deal, great finance manager, not-so-great salesman I shopped at ten different dealers from around the United States and Pembroke Pines tied for the best price. I was very impressed by the sales manage I shopped at ten different dealers from around the United States and Pembroke Pines tied for the best price. I was very impressed by the sales manager and the finance manager - both highly professional, no-pressure type of guys. My salesman, an older gentleman, was not so professional. During a test drive, he became argumentative when I suggested that negotiating for a car was like playing a game. His outburst almost cost his dealership a sale. Buying a car is a game and neither side wants to show their cards. I would recommend this dealership to a friend but I would steer them away from the salesman. More

Loophole finders Visited to get one tire replaced covered by warranty selected when lease started which would cover any damage. Since Subaru vehicles are AWD, then all Visited to get one tire replaced covered by warranty selected when lease started which would cover any damage. Since Subaru vehicles are AWD, then all 4 tires would need to be replaced. Steven Ross told me the warranty would cover one but the other 3 tires could not be replaced because the tire was unevenly worn! What?? Loophole to avoid warranty to kick in and replace tires. Was given the outrageous price of 900.00 for the 3 other tires!!! What a ripoff! Last Subaru my family will bring to Subaru of Pembroke Pines! More
