Simply put- I have owned over 30 cars from various manufacturers and consequently dealt with many dealerships. Brett Lofton at Olathe Subaru is hands down the most knowledgable technician I have ever met. He quickly identifies problems and at the same time, knows how to fix them. At one time, I owned 3 Subarus (all at the same time but now down to 2). Olathe Subaru is my dealership and Brett is my mechanic. End of story. More

We had such a pleasant experience and walked out with a great car for a great price. We got our new car for almost the exact price the used ones were going for! My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and after hours online we decided to shop for a new Subaru. I called and spoke with the GSM, explained what we wanted and our trade-in vehicle. I live in South Dakota and Olathe is a 6 hour drive so I wanted to make sure everything was in order before I made the trip. David was able to put everything together over the phone. We drove down and everything was exactly as he quoted. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. We were so impressed that I bought a second new Subaru from this dealership a few weeks later. I will recommend Olathe Subaru to everyone because they actually do what they say they will and there was none of the normal "dealership games" that we've experienced at other car dealerships. More
