Jeff and Emery were great to work with on my trade in and selecting the perfect car for my wife. Nobody at the dealership was pushy and lets buy now or the deal will be gone. we will surely purchase again from Olathe Subaru. Need to add some accessories later. Would be great if there was some type of program for a new car buyer to get these at a decent discount in the beginning like the Harley we just purchased. they give us a break on the items and labor for buying a new bike from them. this is a nice touch. We did a lot of searching on the internet before we actually went out to shop for a used/new car. We were prety sure we knew what we wanted. He sat with us and asked questions on what we were looking for so he could steer us to a car we would be happy with. Jeff was patient with us and really listed to what we had to say before showing us cars that met our requirements. Jeff really believes in the cars he sells and cares for the customer. Every one at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We ended up buying that brand new Forester!! More

Was super quick and easy dealing with Jeff, our salesman. Nice, honest and up-front. We said what we were looking for, took some quick test drives, decided on a totally different vehicle but they didn't ha Nice, honest and up-front. We said what we were looking for, took some quick test drives, decided on a totally different vehicle but they didn't have the color we wanted. they found one like we wanted, had it delivered a couple days later (was a Saturday). Financing, i was shocked at how fast we were approved. i even had to ask him, "are you sure i got that rate?" when i picked up the car, they cleaned it twice due to a couple streaks (which didn't bother me). and going through the final financials and signing of paperwork was a breeze compared to all other purchases in the past - we spent most of the time BSing about life. More

And accomidating - meeting the needs of those individuals involved in that transaction. Providing an environment that is supportive and enabling both parties to reach that fair happy medium. DW was fair in this transaction and accomidating - not pushy but merely able to foster good negotiation. There it is, 100 words,accept my review and the results of this survey. More
