I had an ok enough experience when I was at the dealership, but due to other circumstances I could not take the vehicle with me when purchased. I requested the paperwork for the new vehicle be sav dealership, but due to other circumstances I could not take the vehicle with me when purchased. I requested the paperwork for the new vehicle be saved until I authorized the transaction 2 days later. Before I authorized to process the paperwork I saw that the check for the down payment had already been processed. I had trouble finding time to pick-up the vehicle, as I live 2 hours away. The sales person offered to drive the vehicle for pick-up, but I was trying to avoid that. When I finally scheduled the pick-up, the vehicle was hailed on the night prior. The hail damage was fixed in a timely manner, but then I was offered an after-hours pick-up for the vehicle on a Sunday. The sales person did not show due to car trouble. His phone was off and my calls were then ignored when the phone was turned on. He could not call me due to his phone charging and simply text me that he wasnt coming. The vehicle was to be stored under a carport and was seen that evening parked on a side street. When I spoke with the manager the following day he simply said his sales person should not have offered to deliver the vehicle on a Sunday and asked me to be understanding for his salesperson's rudeness due to his situation with his car. The car was to be delivered the following day, but I did not want another person driving the vehicle, but I was given no other option. When the vehicle was delivered to my place of work I was told when the vehicle was coming. There was no advance notice. Upon inspection of the vehicle the floor mats that were ordered and paid for were not with the vehicle. The gas had not been refilled prior to the driver leaving the dealership. Also, the interior of the vehicle had not been detailed and was very dusty. More

We were in the market to replace a 15yr old Honda minivan with 220,000mi+. Stopped in Saturday after test driving a Honda CR-V to check out the Forester. Mongo was very friendly, helpful, and knows his vehic with 220,000mi+. Stopped in Saturday after test driving a Honda CR-V to check out the Forester. Mongo was very friendly, helpful, and knows his vehicles well. Radio station was doing a live broadcast so they had sandwiches and stuff to eat. With the $1 over invoice promotion we feel like we got a good, fair deal. We drove away with a Forester Limited and are looking forward to being loyal long term members of the Subaru family! More

I have always received great service from Olathe Subaru. Jeff Keeney has sold me my last 3 cars and always goes the distance, whether finding a car or offerring a competitive price. Our experience at Olathe Subaru was great. I think that has a lot to do with the cars themselves and Subaru's reputation sells itself and allows the salesmen to be friendlier than most. Mike (Mongo) did a great job showing me the Subaru Outback. He is very knowledgeable about the different trim levels available and made the experience picking out the car enjoyable. Olathe Subaru-Mitsubishi helped me find my new car. I was very impressed with the customer service I received while at the dealership. I never once felt overwhelmed or pressured while looking for a car & fee very impressed with the customer service I received while at the dealership. Jeff and Emery were great to work with on my trade in and selecting the perfect car for my wife. Plus i told them that i had a depostit on another brand and Jeff did not say anything negative aboout the oth selecting the perfect car for my wife. Nobody at the dealership was pushy and lets buy now or the deal will be gone. we will surely purchase again from Olathe Subaru. Need to add some accessories later. Would be great if there was some type of program for a new car buyer to get these at a decent discount in the beginning like the Harley we just purchased. they give us a break on the items and labor for buying a new bike from them. this is a nice touch.
