This was a very pleasant new car experience. Yes, we had done our pre-work on the internet and have a great insurance company who helps us course the shark waters of car buying..BUT.. this dealership did no done our pre-work on the internet and have a great insurance company who helps us course the shark waters of car buying..BUT.. this dealership did not want to go down wresting in the mud to argue over the price of racing stripes. They want to sell cars. Brad Rose was a delight, friendly, respectful, and customer oriented. He listened and did not push or pull. We never felt like we were being circled by the sharks and were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs with a brand new Forester. Brad was happy, we were happy, and no one felt like they needed a shower after this deal. I would go back there anytime. More
Both Brad and Kyle were a pleasure to work with through the process of buying a new Outback. Brad listened to what was important to my wife, as well as what fit our needs most. At no point, did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with the process. Kyle and Brad came together to give us the best deal on the price of the Outback, the value of our trade in, and the financing. Kyle worked through a lot of my questions and concerns on the loan and additional coverage. In the end, Kyle was able to put together an extended service plan at a competitive rate. Brad was there the next day when I went back to drop the title off to personally thank me and make sure everything was smooth. Even though it was his day off, it was important to him to make sure I was well taken care of and that makes a world of difference to me. This is the 7th vehicle I've purchased and definitely one of the best dealership experiences I've had. We will be back to buy our next Subaru...just hope Brad and Kyle are still there in 20 years when this one is on it's last legs. Thanks Olathe Subaru. More

I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my 65 years and found this to have been probably the best experience in doing so. Mongo was friendly, not overbearing, knowledgeale, understanding, and, all-in-all, very pleasant to work with. We understood each other almost immediately and went from there to a totally fair and honest conclusion. I am extremely happy with the car itself as well as the purchase price. Now just have to wait and see when it comes to service. More

We went to the dealership knowing that we wanted a manual Imprezza. We had already been told on the phone by two sales people that there were none within a 5 state radius. We went in to meet another salesman who said he would be there on Tuesday, but was not. Joe met us at the door and I asked him if he wanted to help us because this was the best time for my son to look at a car as he was home from Notre Dame for a very short time. Joe was great and willing to help as soon as I told him that I had not obligated our sale to anyone else. He let my son drive the one automatic hatchback on the lot and my son liked it a lot but really wanted a manual. Joe found 1 in Nebraska! Apparently the others may have wanted the extra $1000 for the automatic so they threatened us on the phone that a special order could take up to 14 weeks. Joe found a white, manual, hatchback Imprezza and could have it delivered the next day. My son and I weren't sure about the white and Joe mentioned that details/pinstriping could be added for a nominal fee. At that, my son knew that the white car with orange racing stripes was exactly what he wanted. We put a deposit on the car Tuesday, Joe had the car to us, fully cleaned and pinstriped by Thursday night since my son had to go back to Notre Dame on Friday morning. Joe's manager Kevin was also very nice and efficient and helped us. They both resected what we wanted and worked hard to make it perfect. This is a great car, a great dealership, and Joe was a wonderful salesman. He didn't try to sell us extra items we didn't want. He listened to my son and did a great job. Joe is very personable, can get along with anyone, and is really straightforward. Both 45 year old Mom and 19 year old son could relate to him and he found a way to make us both perfectly happy with our purchase. I got safety and 4 wheel drive for my son, my son got a cool car that will last him for at least the next decade! We will probably be in the market for another car within a year or two, I will definitely go back to Joe and have him help us again. He is a rare gem in a usually unremarkable field! More

While my salesman Brad was wonderful and the end price was more than acceptable, my overall experience with the dealership has been a little disappointing. I ordered the rear seat entertainment system and the remote starter. Set a date to bring my new vehicle back in for install. They called me the eve before my appointment and informed me they parts were not in yet. Kinda' a bummer as I had already juggled my assignments at work in anticipation of not being there. Not a herculean issue and we rescheduled again. They called me at the start of the next week and informed me that my parts were in. So I took another day off of work and drove the 45 miles. Dropped my car off just to be told I should have brought all three sets of keys with me in order for them to program the remote starter. They asked if I could run home real quick and pick 'em up. Not gonna' happen as I had scheduled some local actives and the house was an hour away. Again not another major issue as I would likely be back in the future for some my free oil change and we could do the keys then but it sure would have been nice had anyone told me. They gave me a loaner as the work should take at least 1/2 a day. I am out and about when I get a call saying the wrong parts have come in and they cant do the entertainment system. So I return to the dealership to pick up my car just to be told that they have reprogramed the one key/remote starter and my others back at home will not work until I get them reprogramed. So in summerry: two days off work, 2 hours and 90 miles of additional travel just to have the work not completed and now 2 out of my 3 keys no longer start my car. Isn't that just swell... More
I considered your dealership because you had an Impreza to test drive. There are several Subaru dealers in the KC area that did not even have one on their lot to test drive. I was a Subaru owner in the 80s but have not seriously consider one since. I instantly liked the car that you had available. It was almost the car that I would have ordered. Close enough that we made the deal and now are happy to own the car. I was pleased with the whole experience of the vehicle purchase with one exception, not a big problem but a question none-the-less. I bought the car on Tuesday and made the appointment to pick up on Thursday. When my wife and I arrived on Thursday the car was not ready for pickup. It needed to be cleaned up/detailed. The clean up started and was completed while we waited. Not sure why this was delayed until after we arrived. Additionally, there was about 15 miles added to the car after we bought it but before we picked it up, that is not an issue but a curiosity. The sales people (Jamal Dean and Hannah Elder) we dealt with were very helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. This is the third new car I have purchased in the last 6 years and was the quickest and easiest of the three. Thank you More
