I did my homework and decided the Subaru Outback was one I was most definitely considering. My husband phoned Olathe Subaru and briefly spoke with Sales Representative, Joe Bonzo, and he suggested I come in for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked to see Joe and off we went for a test drive. I was impressed with Joe’s professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle. He listened to all of my questions, answered them honestly, and was so laid back. No high pressure sales at all. Upon completion of the test drive, I was sold, not only on the Outback, but purchasing a vehicle from Joe. I would recommend Olathe Subaru and Joe Bonzo to anyone purchasing a vehicle. They made the entire process from beginning to end a pleasurable experience. Thanks so much! More

I already knew what I wanted so I was a pretty easy customer. In the store the employees that helped me treated me with respect and provided a fair deal on the car I wanted. I'm not sure who I spoke with on the phone, but they were quite unpleasant. When I mentioned the car I was hoping to test drive he was reluctant and abrasive. I understand they don't want miles on desirable cars, but I wouldn't be asking about it if I wasn't interested in making a purchase. TBH the phone call was enough to consider buying elsewhere. It ended up being the closest place to me with the car I wanted, and the service in the store was a pleasant surprise More

I've probably owned 35 cars in my life. They had exactly the car I wanted at a fair price and it was easy. You don't have to worry about being "worked over" by the sales staff here.
