Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales person, Brad Rose, was very friendly and helpful. He never tried to pressure me while i was deciding on which car and what options I wanted My sales person, Brad Rose, was very friendly and helpful. As soon as the car came in he worked with me to schedule a time when it was convenient for me to pick it up. While I was there Brad Murray gave me detailed instructions on how to operate all of the options which was very helpful. My entire experience felt like I was dealing with friends who were trying very hard to be helpful and not some high powered sales group who was mainly interested in making a quick commission. We were never advised that during the financing process the dealer would present us with warranty/service options over and above those provided by Subaru. These options required immediate acceptance, documents detailing the coverage and limitations were not immediately provided nor was there adequate time to make an informed decision. Prices varied depending on which parts of the package you might choose and It was made clear that you could included the cost as part of your loan. Over all a poor practice and one that consumer advocates warn against. More
