Patient and Thorough Jeff is very knowledgable about all the features on the vehicles and took a lot of time to show us how each one worked on the test drive. No pressure sales I test drove a used car, and Jeff was kind and personable. He didn't use any hard sales tactics. The vehicle I test drove didn't check all my boxes, but after having several really bad experiences at other dealerships, including the hard sales pitches and trying to get me to spend hours waiting for the sales manager to determine whether my offer could be accepted...I decided to offer Jeff a price for the car I test drove. After 3 exchanges in a few minutes, I owned a new vehicle. And I got a great deal! It took 35 minutes to sign the paperwork, and I was graciously greeted by the entire staff when I walked in to pick up my new vehicle. No shenanigans. Thank you Jeff and Joe for a pleasant buying experience. More

We purchased our first Subaru when it was still Jack Miller. We have purchased our last 3 Subaru's elsewhere but always come to Olathe first. Lisa and Kevin made us feel very like we would get our best deal from Olathe. We were scheduled to visit Adventure Subaru, in Fayetteville ( where we bought our 2015 Forester ) the following week. Needless to say we did not make that appointment as were very happy with Olathe Subaru. Lisa is new to the car business but she will do an excellent job for you. After our initial visit, we got the information we were after and went home. We really were not going to go back until after our visit to Fayetteville. Lisa followed up with us a few days later and convinced us to come in and take a test drive and as they say the rest is history. Thanks again to Lisa and Kevin for the pleasant buying experience. Easiest experience ever! I went in to buy a subaru and everything I wanted I didnt qualify for but Joe and Brian and everyone else there took the time to find out why I was lo I went in to buy a subaru and everything I wanted I didnt qualify for but Joe and Brian and everyone else there took the time to find out why I was looking and what I really needed for my particular situation. I finally decided on a nissan sentra and I cant be more happy. I will get my new subaru one day but for now I am very happy. I was in and out and they noticed one thing that needed to be done to my car that I didnt see. Talk about honesty whuch is unheard of nowadays. I will buy here again. More
