Excellent purchasing experience in a relaxed environment. When my wife and I originally went into Olathe Subaru we told the sales associate that we were a slow sale and that we did not make impulse purchases. Despite our mentioning that no sale would happen that day Darin took the perfect amount of time letting us explore our options. We asked a host of questions (some to educate, some to test) and his attitude was one of willingness and understanding. As we were leaving we told Darin how much we appreciated his time and that as consumers loyal to excellent treatment we would be back. Fast forward two months: We walked back in to the dealership, found the car we loved, and drove off that evening in a new Subaru. There are other dealers in the Kansas City metro area we could have shopped, however, Olathe Subaru left us feeling confident that further visits around town were not necessary. We couldn't be happier with the entire process.
