My name is Mark Kirkpatrick and I live almost 40 miles from your dealership but bought a Outback from you in 2019 so when I decided I wanted another one I came to see Olathe Subaru. After a day of looking from your dealership but bought a Outback from you in 2019 so when I decided I wanted another one I came to see Olathe Subaru. After a day of looking we settled on looking at a 2022 with 11,000 miles and you folks taking my trade in. The car was grey with black leather. I told both sales folks that I have never had a black leather car living in Kansas City my entire life so that car was not really an option unless it had cool seats. I was assured it was a Touring unit and when I picked up the car last week it even had Touring mats installed, which I sent you a picture of your mats installed. Thus no cooled seats and evidently not a Touring unit. Your folks have gone into silent mode and not returning and correspondence. An apology is great but it doesn’t fix the mistake your folks made. Agreed to a purchase price with Jordan (sales) and also communicated that I was approved for a loan through my bank. Jordan then tried to sell me on financing through his bank and I filled out all paperwo communicated that I was approved for a loan through my bank. Poor communication between the sales team and now my wife and I are left with a hard credit check on our credit score. More

They have had my car in for service for 6 weeks. I call, text and still get no answer. They're great to buy a car from, just don't get it Serviced there. I will never buy another Subaru from them.
