Felt at home This was my second lease from Subaru. The Olathe dealership staff showed respect and compassion. I was treated very well and never felt any pressure. The staff welcomed me from the time I parked at the facility. Understood what I am looking for. Offered me a reasonable deal on a 2017 forester lease so that I can consult with my family. My family had different ideas because we were also looking for an additional vehicle (minivan) to replace our Camry. When I provided my family's thought, then both Zack and Brad offered me an unrefusable deal that fit perfectly to my circumstance. I was able to return my 2015 leased Subaru and walked away with a 2017 forester. Since 2014 I attest that the Olathe Subaru staff are well groomed to treat their customer as people and not as business. they provide excellent advises and recommendations. Both Zack and Brad treated me like a family. May God reward all of you. Keep up the excellent work dealing with people and not customer. Thank you Patrick for handling my concern. Great Rainy Day at Olathe Subaru I received timely reminders of my over-due appointment for service. The Service Manager - Patrick - is always there for any questions I might have and explained the need for repair parts. The waiting room had good coffee and was very clean! I spoke with a sales rep. on possibilities of getting a new Subaru - Zach D. provided non-sales pressure information on new 2017 models. He asked good questions to determine what may be best to meet my driving needs. As a loyal Subaru owner, I couldn't ask for better treatment. More

A headache. But Brad is Awesome. Olathe subaru sold me a car. I went to the DMV and got it registered. Now over a year later, I find out that the title for my car the dealership iss Olathe subaru sold me a car. I went to the DMV and got it registered. Now over a year later, I find out that the title for my car the dealership issued wasn't valid and I cannot get my vehicle registered because a SECOND title had been issued on my car. How is it even possible... you gave me the wrong title? So I have to get a purchasers signature and drive out to Olathe to get the manager to sign it. The manager, who when on the phone with me was very frantic as if there was no way that could have happened, and then blamed the girl who worked there before her. Fine, I don't care what the reason is, just fix it please. So I go down to get someone to sign this paper, the manager has no idea that I'm in the room when she tells her employee "Just tell her to come up her then" in a very bad attitude. Go back to the DMV with signed paper and the DMV tells me it will take 10 business days until I get my title. I called the manager at Olathe back and asked for them to please look into what happened with the situation with the title because it was a little nerve wrecking and I really wanted an explanation of why it happened. She said she would look into it and call me back first thing on Monday (it was a friday about 5pm so the DMV was closed already). No one ever said "sorry about that" and no one ever called me back. I feel incredibly at ease WAITING to get my title for a car I have been paying on for over a year. When I bought the car Brad Rose was an awesome dealer. He is very kind and he is not pushy. Got me my car for the exact price I wanted. This is exactly why I went with getting a car from them. Thanks Brad! However, the manager was not awesome. So now, because you didn't call me back Olathe Subaru manager, resolving the issue like you promised, I will just post this same review until you do the right thing. Because #1. I got pulled over for my vehicle not being registered, #2. I can not drive my vehicle for at least 3 more weeks because of backlog at the Dept. of Revenue to resolve the issue due to your mistake, and #3. This is one month of car payment rendered essentially useless, because I can't drive my vehicle legally. Therefore, a headache, but Brad is awesome. More
