Outstanding Customer Service I was just starting my research to purchase a new car. I've been driving Ford Explorers since 1991 and was considering another one but also wanted to look at the Subaru. I went to Olathe Subaru on a fact finding visit and met with Trevor. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and was totally supportive of providing me information. I did not feel pressed at all to purchase a car. I drove an Outback Premium but wanted to try an Outback Limited. I went back and everyone at the dealership was very polite and customer oriented. I ended up buying the car that same day. More

Brian had the unenviable task of telling us that there was quite a bit of would to be done on my '08 Outback. But he did so in a way that was honest, transparent, and easy to understand. He made sure that we understood what our options were, the pros and cons of those choices, all the while never once making us feel pressured into the most expensive option. When we decided to entertain the option of a potential trade, Brian hooked us up with Trevor. Trevor is honestly the best car salesman I have personally ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Very methodically, Trevor listened to what we wanted in a potential vehicle trade and never missed a beat when executing the next steps in the process. Coupled with his professionalism, what we loved the most about Trevor was his sense of humor! To say that my fiancé and I had had an rough go that day was an understatement for may other reasons besides what was going on with our old vehicle.... But when life was throwing us a rolling ball of butcher knives, there was Trevor with his hilarious stories about his "disgusting dogs" and Milo, the drooling cat! And at the end of the day, my fiancé and I were still laughing as we drove back to our home in St. Joseph, Missouri, in our new 2016 Subaru Outback! More

My only complaint is that I got Negative feedback on my decision to pay cash rather than financing. I had to move some money into checking to pay for the car, and I didn’t get all the information I needed on warrantee costs, etc.. As a result, I have to go back and move more money around. I don’t object to the prices — they seemed quite reasonable — but full disclosure on the cost range for the add-ons would have been helpful BEFORE the actual day of check writing. More
