Having it my way sooooo Easy! Olathe Subaru has it all together. What made them better than the other dealerships was the fact that I could do it my way on my schedule. From the outstanding service team to the sales floor it is a personal service all the way. Jordan and Patrick in the service department are fantastic in getting me in and out with top notch service on my 2013 Outback. While waiting a short time for service to finish on the Outback, I was looking at a new Outback with all of the updated Safety Technology thinking it was time for the Wife to have an upgrade. Darrell a sales associate walked up and asked if he could help me. So as Darrell and I were talking Jordan the service adviser walked up and said my car was ready and he parked it outside and to come by and see him when I was ready to checkout. Darrell had all the answers to my questions about the Safety Technology on the new Outback and was the nicest guy to work with. He knew I wanted to buy my Wife a new Outback, it was just a question about color. She knew she wanted a Pearl White one (via a telephone call). No problem they had it in stock. However with Darrell's infinite wisdom, he recommended that I bring her by to look at all the colors. That was a good idea because She chose Tungsten Metallic with a butter cream interior! Beautiful car and exactly what the Wife wanted. The short of it is Olathe Subaru makes having it your way sooooo easy! No kidding from service to sales to finance, it is the best dealership. Friendly and Sincere I saw the car I was looking for on the internet and called to see if they still had It. J.J. answered and said she would call me right back as soon as I saw the car I was looking for on the internet and called to see if they still had It. J.J. answered and said she would call me right back as soon as she located the car before I drove down. I thought that was nice, cause another dealership told me to come on down and if its not here will find you something else. Not want I wanted to hear. Back to J.J. she called me back and said she had it and will have it brought to the front for me, I thought that was a nice touch. From there on it was so easy. She gave me all the time I needed to look at the car and had her full attention to any questions I had. Great service, no gas We had great service from Darrell at this dealership. He was gracious when we were unexpectedly late for our appointment and helped us get a great dea We had great service from Darrell at this dealership. I would definitely have given five stars but as I drove off the lot, I noticed the car had only one bar of gas and the gas light was on. It was also not detailed as there were coffee splashes on a seat and viable dirt and leaves on the floor. I believe they detailed the wrong car because when we first came out to drive off the lot, there was another car the same make and color sitting there. That one looked great but when the keys wouldn’t work, they went and brought our car around. When i contacted Darrell he offered for me to come back and get the car detailed but I live 30 minutes away and was heading out of town that weekend. Other than the part at the end, this dealership was good to work with and Darrell was great! More
