I really appreciated Jacob’s professionalism and courtesy, plus the work that was done on my vehicle and the loaner vehicle I got to use. Unfortunately service provided by this dealership is subpar. Told me 90 minutes, I was waiting, to complete my service. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, I had to ask when it would be done. 15 minutes car w subpar. Told me 90 minutes, I was waiting, to complete my service. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, I had to ask when it would be done. 15 minutes car was “completed” but not all requested work was completed. 2nd time in a row they didn’t complete all requested work. Waited another 30 minutes for them to complete. Had to miss a meeting for work because of this. Service manager than told me I could have gotten a loaner…but when I scheduled my service I was told there wasn’t any loaners. Won’t be serving my car there again and won’t have my wife’s car serviced by another dealership under Morgan Auto Group. More
