This is the second Time I have been asked to rate this dealership on work they recently completed. I can only assume that the work was done correctly. But what upset me is the fact that I was not advised dealership on work they recently completed. I can only assume that the work was done correctly. But what upset me is the fact that I was not advised by the dealership of an ongoing issue when I called for information and therefore was cheated out of a battery replacement. To make matters worse, after the work was scheduled I did inquire about the cost of a 30,000 mile service on my vehicle and was given a bizarrely ridiculous quote. I found out later that my service called for inspections, but side on scene I was told that all of those service points had to be done to the tune of over $1100. You should be aware that they will charge a 3 percent surcharge for using a credit card, however they gave me a discount to cover it this time when I objected, as I would have brought a check book had I known in advance and my Mom had dropped me off and driven home. Your service guys are making your contact guys look bad. Brandon Napier was great - as always - but it took three trips to get a simple repair done: First time they painted the wrong part. Next time, the door handle repaired wouldn't open from the outside. So, three trips and over a week in your courtesy car when it should have been 3 days, tops. Brandon was great and there was no screaming or yelling or anything. This stuff happens. Point is, whether you address the problem to reduce how OFTEN it happens! More
