Service has always been excellent u til this visit. Had TMPS system reset at last service appointment. Brought car in on on August 5th for 60,000 mile service and to fix TMPS system again since lights Had TMPS system reset at last service appointment. Brought car in on on August 5th for 60,000 mile service and to fix TMPS system again since lights came back on after reset. One TPMS sensor changed on one tire. TPMS sensor came on again on my way home. Called dealer. Explanation. Was that some models need recalibration after new TPMS sensor or maybe another sensor needed replacement: Did not get a clear answer on why this was not done or if my car needed it. So I am leaving on my trip with TPMS system still not working. I did not get the man’s name who answered the phone when I called back. It was not the person who checked me in: My service rep Madison was off that day. Frustrating. More
