It’s nice that the service I grew to expect from Reeves’s Subaru is carried on and exceeded under new ownership as Subaru of North Tampa. We live in Wesley Chapel area with two young kiddos so rather tha Subaru is carried on and exceeded under new ownership as Subaru of North Tampa. We live in Wesley Chapel area with two young kiddos so rather than wait or shuttle back home, I typically request a loaner car for major services. If a loaner car isn’t available a rental is provided and covered by the dealer. I dropped my car off for some A/C issues and requested a full inspection since my services had been postponed due to COVID-19. Within a couple hours they had diagnosed the A/C problem, the brakes needed servicing and two wheel hub bearings needed replacement. Danielle was awesome providing detailed updates in a timely fashion as well as the breakdown of repair costs either all together or split up if needed. Some of the parts needed to be ordered but I agreed to get them all taken care of. Once the parts were in I received text message alerts to let me know work was started and when it was completed. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon ahead of their estimated Saturday completion which is always nice. If you choose to wait, the waiting area is clean and comfortable with reading materials, TV, WiFi and complimentary coffee or cold beverage. A paid vending machine for other snacks is available. More
