I waited for over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That is unacceptable. When I finally got up to ask what was going on, there were three people there. Danielle, who I was assigned to, wa rotation. That is unacceptable. When I finally got up to ask what was going on, there were three people there. Danielle, who I was assigned to, wasn't there. The two males completely ignored me and Zoie, that was at the far end, asked if she could help me. I explained that I had been waiting for a while and wanted a status. She immediately found my paperwork which was sitting there, for who knows how long, and took care of it. I was surprised that the bill was so high and she told me about the tire rotation that I didn't ask for and was never discussed. She took it off my bill. Thank you, Zoie. Danielle says she had food poisoning and was surprised that no one told me that she had left for the day. My experience when purchasing my car was excellent. Too bad this had to happen. I'm not sure I'll return. More
