During my tire rotation, they did not fill my tires with air even though they had low tire pressure. I commented that there looked to be some liquid adhesive or oil dripping down the inside of my windshield air even though they had low tire pressure. They cleaned it up but left smears and told me to avoid parking in the sun to prevent it from occurring again (keep in mind I live in Florida). They did a good job at cleaning the outside of my car, being quick with the service, and keeping me updated on its progress. More

I don’t know who Madison is. He/she was not my service rep. It’s usually Brandon but he wasn’t there when I pulled in with a dead battery. My experience with the dealership was fine in terms of service responsiveness but I’m not happy at all with paying $560 for a new battery, absolutely ridiculously expensive.. No consideration or discount given for existing customer. I did it this time but will think hard about continuing our service relationship here. We are retired and on a fixed income and your prices are out of control. More
