My service rep, Ryan, was absolutely a 10 of 10. He went above and beyond the service typically provided from other auto dealers. Not only did he provide excellent care of my Forester, he handled me being irate because my wife’s safety was compromised due to the cheap tires that is Subaru’s OEM product. I was quite upset; being concerned for my wife’s safety. This event could have had more serious consequences if it happened while going faster (70 mph on I-75?). The vehicle probably would have flipped with likely serious injury. Luckily she had just started from a stop at a red light and traveling slowly. I’ll try to attach a photo of the tire that “exploded”. After viewing the photo I would be disappointed if Subaru did not agree. It’s egregious. More
