I have been taking my old Subaru here for years. Andy has always been amazing! In fact, the whole service team is top notch (Brandon has been very helpful too, the last few times I’ve been in!). Saleswoman was fantastic. Everyone at the dealership seemed willing to help, but there was a significant delay in receiving my vehicle. I had the exact model, as well as interior/exterior colors that were non negotiable. I checked before I arrived that it was in stock and upon arrival, was told that it sold that morning, where I was offered a different exterior color, then a different interior color. Finally settled on having one brought in “tomorrow”. That was a Thursday. Friday, no car, was told Saturday. Saturday, no car, was told Sunday. Sunday, no car, received a call Monday saying it would be Monday evening. Didn’t hear anything until Tuesday morning that it would be ready Tuesday afternoon. While waiting 6 days in the grand scheme of things really isn’t a big deal, being strung along for almost a week gave the impression that my business wasn’t valued, and my time wasn’t respected. Having already signed all the paperwork, I had no choice but to keep waiting. Disappointed. More
