I made an appointment with Laine Melendy to come see a vehicle and she was awesome! Answered all my questions was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Process was smooth and very effortless. I did take issue with the hidden $2000 charge for the appearance and windshield protection package that I was not privy to. But we were able to come to a compromise on it.
