Nora, Tyler and JP were all very professional. Staff was courteous, helpful and efficient, even removing the custom seat covers while we completed the necessary paperwork. Subaru of North Tampa was very professional and quickly took care of the issue with my car. I had a flat tire. They reached out to my warranty and confirmed coverage. took care of the issue with my car. I had a flat tire. They reached out to my warranty and confirmed coverage. More

Went in for a maintenance soon light. Ended up having to get a new tire that wasn't in stock. They offered a car rental that was ok. Had to remind staff of the discount offer that was mad Ended up having to get a new tire that wasn't in stock. They offered a car rental that was ok. Had to remind staff of the discount offer that was made but they never cleared the maintenance light. They sent me a link to do it myself smh. Simply wasn't a pleasure to go. I'll find another dealer if I can. More
forcing customers to pay credit card processing fees based on a percentage is a terrible idea, yet you do it. You force customers to watch a video instead of speaking to the customer about maintenance based on a percentage is a terrible idea, yet you do it. You force customers to watch a video instead of speaking to the customer about maintenance topics and you do not provide written details about maintenance. When making an online appointment you then send 10+ emails from multiple sales people to "appraise" the car, and do not take no for answer. then you insult the customer with low ball value, or just provide the publicly available KBB value. argumentative and dismissive service department advisor - 1 star More
