While shopping for a new midsize SUV, I went to Subaru of North Tampa to appease my son. Much to my surprise, I fell in love with the new Outback! Our salesperson Josh, did a fantastic job explaining the many features of the car. I was blown away by the safety features, the smooth and quiet ride. He also talked to my 18 year old son, treated him with respect and didn’t talk down to him. He even remembered his name the next day! We purchased our new car yesterday and couldn’t be more thrilled! The finance manager Chris was extremely helpful as well and worked with us until we found the right warranty package and options. Friendly staff and nice waiting area. My lower rating is based on my tires were underinflated 3-4 lbs each after they were rotated and there was soap film after the wash.
