The sales guy Malvin lied about the process. Many times I said I don’t want to sign any more papers until we negotiate a price. He said that this is preliminary. You can at the end. Well once in the finance room the finance guy said well you signed all the papers agreeing to the price. Long story short we worked it out with a manger. This made the process much longer than needed wasting over half a day. Overall I’ll never buy another car or even recommend Subaru of north Tampa or neighboring dealerships they own based on the sneaky lying tactics they pull on the sales side. More
I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and the keys(remotes) were going bad. Everyone stated that the dealership was not going to pay for them. They were wrong!! Other than that Reeves and now Morgan are the only ones to do work on that vehicle. More
