Sales experience was excellent. Team was very helpful and worked with keen interest to make deal happen. Issue was when it went into finance, practices they deployed were outrig Team was very helpful and worked with keen interest to make deal happen. Issue was when it went into finance, practices they deployed were outright deceiving and added $5500 of contracts which I had clearly told I do not want. The person told this is already built in the price but when I received loan statement found $5500 added as add on contract. I went to the dealership to get it cancelled and now they are telling me it can take 4-8 weeks to get the $5500 refund. I will never buy a car or service from this dealership again and would advise everyone to be extra careful if you must buy from this dealership. More
