Upon arrival at the service center, I was told my service advisor was “ Sydney Johns” and was led to her desk. After about 5 minutes she had yet to arrive. I went back to Sydney’s desk, but she wasn’t there. The young man who helped me before paged her. After 5 minutes she still hadn’t arrived, so the young man again stepped in and completed the process. I never saw or spoke to Sydney Johns. More
