On holidays in Europe, I bought a pre-owned Jeep with miles over the phone from them and needed it transported to Miami. No financing, cash deal and no trade in. The buying process was easy, getting the car was not. It seems the left hand does not know what the right hand does in this company. On top, they rather love to text than email - and constantly from different numbers and persons. It took 5+ weeks until the car finally arrived. The car was perfect as expected with 4,900 miles and being 9 months old. Maybe they have a too high workload or just do not care: 3 wheels had missing valve caps, the glove box still contained the previous owner‘s insurance documents as well as his personal credit score report. The 2nd key is missing. I am afraid this will be another mission to get it - if we ever get it.I had no intention to leave a rating, but they pestered me with 4 emails to rate them. The service was fine until I was promised warranty information by the sales person which wasn’t included in the documents I received from the finance team. Reached back out to the sales person with no response reached out to the general manager but no response, I feel like I was told one thing and it was it delivered upon my advice would be to not leave the dealership until you check the paperwork to be sure you get what was promised More
