Dealer was not forthcoming with info about Subaru advantage with I did not want. Led to believe it could be used at any service place, later was told oh no you have to come here, we live 2 hrs from t advantage with I did not want. Led to believe it could be used at any service place, later was told oh no you have to come here, we live 2 hrs from there . Kept hearing, "why wouldn't u pay for a lifetime warranty for the engine" feel scammed! Had to call more than once to get our registration, wasn't given with vehicle. No bank info for the financing. Would never go there again More

I was greeted by Andres, a salesperson, immediately upon arrival. He allowed me to test drive several vehicles, enabling me to figure out what I wanted. I found a Honda in my price range online at N Subaru. They ask you what you can pay monthly then jack it into a way bigger price.... But by golly you get that monthly price unknowingly and slyly plugged They ask you what you can pay monthly then jack it into a way bigger price.... But by golly you get that monthly price unknowingly and slyly plugged in $$$. That said my sales man was a nice guy but he is the worst salesman. You have to ask for anything at least 10 times and he gave me over to another person who no longer worked there. Did he call or txt me and say hey let me get a new contact or I can help you. No one calls you ever!!! So I guess skipping that step makes sense. Besides he was a next please guy anyway. They entice with all these sweet guestures around the dealership but the truth is you will buy and be ignored. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS 5 STARS WAS BRANDON IN SERVICE!! 👍 More
