I was picky, and stubborn, and wanted a specific color for the Crosstrek. A color that any dealer was less likely to carry. Good dealer with good inventory and variety. My transaction was a remote one and unfortunately things got a bit confuse. The sales rep. confirmed my trade-in value at one price, but when the contract was received, the agreed amount was different. This situation started a back and forward communications and in more than two or three occasions, the sales rep attitude was not the best one towered me, he was upset, and he show it. At one point the finance Mgr. got involve and he also was a bit annoying sometimes. At the end, the site Mgr got involve and solve the situation in my favor. People need to understand that the customer always has the reason, he might come back or recommend someone. I'm happy with my car and might return to this dealer again for another unit, I want to see if they really review this ratings reports. I been in sales all my career and know what it takes to be successful in sales and live a happy customer, despite that he might get in your nerves, not easy but it can be done. More
