Every salesperson I encountered here is a blatant lier. They will get their way (which is not necessarily bad) through lies and deception (which is really sad). Expect unclear car pricing, several estimates for your trade, they will play the game of "how low can you go", and you will get around $3000 less than its value. The car you drive IS NEVER the car you buy, then they swear your car is on the lot, then, is on a lot hours away, and after you close you cannot have your car because your car cannot be transported the same day, next day I found out the car I wanted was not the car I signed for, the car I wanted now costs more. I never saw my salesperson again after the first day, when they promise to keep a lifetime relationship with my salesperson. There is a LOT more, but I will keep this brief. I swore not to buy here ANYMORE. More

If you can work with a different bank for your loan, do not let them run the financing and be cautious with the warranties and extra services. More

My recent experience purchasing a new 2024 Subaru at Subaru of North Miami, has left me with a strong sense of disappointment and mistrust. Initially, I had believed that the dealership was a reputable Subaru of North Miami, has left me with a strong sense of disappointment and mistrust. Initially, I had believed that the dealership was a reputable company, known for its straightforward approach and transparent dealings. However, I soon discovered that this was far from the truth. During the sales process, I was under the impression that my purchase would only include the cost of the car, dealer fees, taxes, and government fees. I explicitly mentioned to the finance manager that I was not interested in purchasing additional services or extended warranty contracts. However, upon reviewing the paperwork at home, I was shocked to find several services and contracts added to my purchase, which were never explained to me or given the option to decline. The lack of a summarized detailed breakdown of prices and clear explanations during the sales process and completion of the paperwork was highly deceptive. It is evident that the dealership intentionally withheld crucial information regarding optional services and their respective costs. This has led me to question their integrity and the trustworthiness of the entire establishment. Feeling frustrated and deceived, I reached out to the salesperson within 24 hours of my purchase, seeking clarification and a satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from helpful, leaving me feeling even more disillusioned with the dealership. I strongly urge potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Do not trust their electronic system for completing paperwork. Instead, I recommend requesting that everything you need to sign be provided in printed, hard copy format. Make sure you fully understand what is being sold to you and verify that you are not being charged for any unwanted or unnecessary services. In conclusion, my experience at Subaru of North Miami has been an eye-opening one, which have severely damaged my trust in the dealership. I strongly caution potential customers to be vigilant when dealing with this establishment, as their lack of transparency and disregard for customer wishes is a cause for concern. More
