The worst experience of my life!! Do not buy or lease cars from this dealership! They did not submit my first car payment from 3 months ago and now my credit is being affected because Do not buy or lease cars from this dealership! They did not submit my first car payment from 3 months ago and now my credit is being affected because of their negligence. I have called and gone there in person, they have not resolved my problem, the money I paid is lost and now the lending agency is even doing an investigation to find out the whereabouts of the payment that I made. They treated me awful when I went there, rude, unprofessional and misogynistic attitude. They talked down to me, raised their voices and humiliated me. They even harassed me over the phone to try to make me change my answers on the customer service survey so they could get their bonuses. The general manager called me selfish because my negative answers on the survey will cause them not to get the funds they need to "help the local community". DO NOT go to this dealership or you will have the worst experience of your life!!! More
