Went in for an oil change, tire rotation. My dash showed that it also needed an air filter so had that and cabin filter changed as well. I asked that they check the wiper blades expecting that they would change all three. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that only the back one needed replacing. As my Buick has over 96,000 miles and I have never replaced tires or brakes I expected that I would need those as well. Another surprise. I was told that my tires were at a 9 or 10 and would not need replacing until they were down to a 2. And the brakes were the same story. Just moved to Florida and Devoe Buick is now my go to place for anything car related. Thanks More

Very disappointing, previous visits, poor quality, and this visit very poor quality. Last visit oil leaked out from underneath car into my garage, this visit car was kept for a week, and when it was retur this visit very poor quality. Last visit oil leaked out from underneath car into my garage, this visit car was kept for a week, and when it was returned to us, the blower motor had been damaged during replacement of a tweeter speaker, and then we had to battle and fight to replace blower motor, which was damaged. They still ended up charging, even though the damage was done at the dealer. Calls are never returned, breaks my heart, as these are not bad cars, although they seem to have a lot of recalls And issues with technology. Really feel like they are overwhelmed with volume and do not have the system to deal with the volume. More
