Rae Basinger, the financial officer, was also very knowledgeable and friendly, explaining all aspects of each section of the contract before asking us to sign it. She was efficient and professional as well. The car itself rides smoothly and its new technology is relatively easy to use. There are a few features that I especially like; namely, the driver assist and the adaptive cruise control as well as the clear backup camera. I have owned Subarus in the past and always liked driving one. I am a happy owner once again. More

Felt welcome as soon as we pulled into the lot. We were very happy with the purchase of our new Sabaru from John Howard Subaru. We told he we were wanting to purchase an Outback and went right to his office to see what was available on their lot with the options we were looking for. We told him we didn’t want a car that was loaded and never once did he try to talk us into an upgrade. So many dealerships will try and push to make a higher price sale. He listened and gave us what we had ask for. Then I couldn’t make up my mind on the color I wanted and he went and brought the cars to the lot for us to see. We ask about other colors and he drove us to another lot for show us those colors. Everyone we met that day were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I will refer this dealership to family and friends. More
