The service center is very bad to say the least. I took my car in to get a new rim, an alignment, a state inspection, and to check my hood latch because it wasn’t latching right. They called me and s I took my car in to get a new rim, an alignment, a state inspection, and to check my hood latch because it wasn’t latching right. They called me and said I needed the sway bars fixed before the inspection so I agreed. Then they called and said there was nothing wrong with my hood but that my trunk and gas tank weren’t latching. I told them that the trunk is fine you just needed to make sure the trunk button on the inside of the car wasn’t pulled up because that’s how you open the trunk. They called back and told me it was going to be 60$ more to “diagnose” my trunk not latching. I walked in pushed the button down and shut the trunk. I picked up on the car holding only the trunk, so clearly it was latched. The guy said “the gas tank won’t latch either” so I walked around the other side and shut the gas tank and he said “oh that’s news to me”. After that, they still charged me the fee and didn’t give me the inspection sticker because the guy in the shop argued that the trunk still didn’t latch. Reminder that I had just picked up on the car with the trunk. After that, the customer service lady questioned whether I knew what it was like to work for no money. I am an RN and have done hundreds of community service hours. She then said “I was going to take the inspection off the price but since you got mad I’m not.” Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Please never ever take your vehicle here. More
Unprofessional disorganized and untruthful Receipt said they put 6 quarts in and obviously my car was way over full. I checked. Lied all the way around Was told they could get me in a car, caused me to wait almost a week to finally call and say they couldn't find anything. They show vehicles on their lot that they don't even have, make no point to even call to tell you that said vehicle you wanted to look at wasn't even there. I didn't find this out till I drove to their lot and after 30 minutes was told we don't have that vehicle. After that they didn't even want to entertain putting me in another used vehicle they wanted to sell me a new car something I was not interested! More
