The sales associate I worked with seemed new to process but I worked with him trusting that it would all turn out ok. It most certainly did not turn out ok. Over a month after my purchase and they still ha but I worked with him trusting that it would all turn out ok. It most certainly did not turn out ok. Over a month after my purchase and they still haven’t sent the payoff check on my trade in. I’ve been trying to work with them and given them everything they’ve asked for but after 2+ weeks there has been no result and they stopped answering my calls. They were actually connecting me to a voicemail of man that doesn’t even work there anymore. Hoping that the case I filed with Subaru corporate will yield better results. It’s absolutely ridiculous for a Subaru dealership to pull this kind of crap on a customer. More
