Tom and the others at Subaru did not jerk me around, they told me what was possible and what may not be possible and made sure that I clearly understood everything before we got to far into the process. It only took two test drives and I had found my car! We filled out the application that night, and the next day I got the call saying it was mine!! Talk about a CRAZY feeling. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza and I absolutely LOVE it!! My experience at Kupper Subaru and the people who helped me will not be something I'll forget. Richard was absolutely wonderful to work with! There was no high pressure to get us to purchase, just very relaxed and comfortable. The Subaru Crosstreks are very popular. I wanted a black and only black crosstrek. The dealership did not have one, so they called around and found one in Nebraska. As we pulled in this crossover type vehicle with orange paint immediately caught my eye. I told my wife "this is what we are looking for" and of course, orange is not on her list of favorite colors. We stopped and started to look at it and were approached by Becky who asked what we were looking for. The answer was something that is comfortable for us (elderly) to get in and out of with good gas mileage. It wasn't long before we were on a test drive - end of story, the "tangerine" Subaru Crosstrek looks good in the garage! More

I was given a gift of $25,000 to apply or buy a car or other vehicle shortly before Christmas. I wanted an efficient, sporty, all wheel drive car. I was amazed by the cordial, NON PUSHY sales people that warmly welcomed me December 21, 2012. I'd been told to ask for Tom Fetsch. He was busy but the sales woman was accommodating. Tom visited with me and gave me a new Outback to drive. It was nice. The 1 year old Forester Subaru I'd hoped to see with only 5000 miles on it was being test driven. Then it was sold before I had a chance to try it. Tom took me on a test drive in a new Impresza. I was amazed how nicely it handled in snow and how comfortable it was on the freeway. They had a sporty model with all the features coming in I'd want on January 25. It turned out that its total cost would be less than the money I'd been given. AND it would get the best gas mileage of any new car I could find in its category. Saturday morning, December 22, I called the salesman my donor friend usually used at the local GMC dealer. He said "we're closed until December 26." That surprised me. I visited with the donor who gave me this huge gift. I told him what I'd found. He said "fine with us, order it." Tom and Lon ordered it December 26. They said it would be here January 25 "more or less." We determined which remote starter I wanted plus gave me a great deal on snow tires (400.00 less than my usual 'local' tire supplier. January 15 my dad died. January 18,Tom called and said "your care is ready, come and pick it up." I picked it up that evening and happily honored my departed dad at his funeral by driving a classy, sporty, car in -30 temps with a 50 mile an hour wind. I love this little car. It's my first new car since buying my 1979 Trans Am! I'm sure I'll keep this car for 225,000 miles or more as I did that new car. I put 800 miles on it the first week. It's still a delight!
