Sales person was Allison Gaw and she was probably the best that I have had as far back as I can remember. When she saw what we were interested in, she did not apply any pressure like most sales people do. She was more concerned with answering questions that we had and focusing on what we wanted in the vehicle. We are not the type to arrive at a car lot and walk off with a car, and she respected that and let us take out time. We came back three times before actually buying the Outback that we wanted. Quality Counts We visited Kupprer Subaru and their salesperson Becky Schaff in July 2014. She spent @ 2 hours talking to us (we were torn between the Forester, Legacy, and Impreza) She took us out in each, talked knowledgeably about each, and listened as we asked questions and just talked with us. Long story short, we came back to her and Kupper because of the way they treated us. We trusted them and they were honest throughout. We liked the one-price policy and the cost of our car was less than what we were finding at the other regional Subaru dealers. We bought a Legacy with all the bells and whistles and Becky, Matt, and Tom all spent time with us. All listened to us and addressed our concerns and questions. Even Shawn, the finance person, was fun to talk to.They were nice people working at a nice dealership. More

While there I was told that a change notice had been issued by Subaru on a sensor, so we had that taken care of as well. The folks who work there have always been friendly, and since the showroom remodel the place is pleasurable to visit. It is fresh and comfortable. I had an early morning appointment and think I actually nodded off while relaxing in the customer lounge. On this trip my Service Advisor was Gary Fettig. Gary escorted me to the lounge, checked up on me once (I think he woke me up - darn him anyway) and took time to explain my bill.
