It is fixed. Experienced a sensor problem so my gas gauge was not recording accurately. GOOD EXPERIENCE Low tire light went on while we were driving to Bismarck from Medora. Stopped and checked the air and the tires were full. Called Kupper Service and set up an appointment. Took it in and they fixed the problem. It was done quickly and efficiently. The experience was good. This is a 2013 Subaru Outback which we purchased when Steve Williams was there. That was also a very good experience and we are sad to hear that Steve is now gone. We have owned many Subaru's for many years and have stayed with them as they are wonderful cars and very reliable. Have always had good experiences with Kupper so far and the people are helpful and friendly. More

Wonderful Service! Recently I had an unexpected road trip pop up on my schedule and I was in desperate need of an oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 Subaru Legacy. Recently I had an unexpected road trip pop up on my schedule and I was in desperate need of an oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 Subaru Legacy. I called the service department at Kupper, they were full but suggested that if I dropped the car off in the morning they MIGHT be able to get to it at some point in the day. I had some flexibility that day so I dropped it off. Although when I dropped it off they didn't seem optimist about fitting the work in... By the end of the day they had performed the work needed and I was able to have my car back and ready for my road trip! I have had two vehicles from Kupper Subaru, both have been serviced at the dealership and will continue to be serviced there. Kupper provides excellent customer service! More
