It was a great day and place and the staff made it that way! I was looking at the possibility of buying a new vehicle and I was interested in looking at a couple of subaru's. It turned out to be such a great experience. Tom did not rush me and he really took his time getting to know my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was amazed at this approach since, unlike others, I do not usually find this experience fun. He certainly gained my trust as the day went on. I could even tell as we sat there that he was thinking about what they had that would fit my needs and likes in a vehicle. He helped me narrow it down and answered all my questions. I ended up trading in my vehicle and buying one off the lot that day. I need to add that before I did that, Tom had spent several hours with me. the one I test drove was the one I bought. He also took me through what he called car school and I found that really helpful. I took notes on some important things I needed to know about the vehicle that I was buying. Tom made the experience a great one. I was so impressed with his knowledge, customer service, and I really did drive away knowing that I had made a good decision and that Tom had invested a lot of time with me because he didn't just want to make a sale. He wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my new vehicle! More

Best sales and finance service ever! Joe Guches was my sales representative. I did some homework ahead of time, so I had an idea of what I wanted. He showed me a few options of what I wanted--they had exactly what I was looking for. I took a test drive with Joe and absolutely loved the car. He asked me when I was looking to get a car (notice that he did not say when are you looking to buy a car from me), and I said "now" and I want this one. He said okay and to let's get you your car ASAP. I had a set price in mind and was just about to ask for that price. Joe, offered me that car in the price range I was looking for, and I didn't even have to ask! I would certainly buy another car from him any day! Shaw Weekes than assisted me with financing. What a pleasant man.! Very friendly and very knowledgeable. He got me a great rate and even took the time to educate me on getting my credit score even higher--it's pretty good now, but he taught me things about credit scores I never knew about.
