The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and paid close attention to me. We took a test drive in the two cars I had an interest in and she was able to point out features and benefits. She was extremely helpful, but not pushy. When my car arrived both my salesperson and finance person continued to answer questions in a friendly fashion, explaining all the options. I had a short time to meet with them and they went out of their way to take care of me so that I could take the car with me that day. I would certainly recommend them as a dealership from which to purchase a car. More

When there was an issue with the vehicle I custom ordered, and given Kupper Subaru had nothing but great service, they made sure I got what I ordered. When there was an issue with the vehicle I custom ordered, and given the situation I was placed in, they offered to order me a brand new 2016 vehicle which was higher in value, for the same price to compensate for the mistake. They made a mistake, they owned up to it, and they stuck to their word. Tom Fetsch even drove my vehicle up to me in Minot, ND free of charge to make things right. Would do business with them again no doubt in my mind and would recommend others to deal with this dealership. Genuine service, people, and pricing. They eased all of my stress I had when it came to trading in my 2013 XV Crosstrek and now I am the proud owner of a brand new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Great customer service and quality work Kupper Subaru service went out their way to schedule an oil change at a time that was convenient for me, even though I was just passing through town a Kupper Subaru service went out their way to schedule an oil change at a time that was convenient for me, even though I was just passing through town and am not a regular customer. They were thorough, replacing wind shield wipers and ensuring that my car was winter ready, in addition to the oil change. Staff changed the batteries in my car remote starters; my regular Subaru dealer/service center told me to go to Walmart when I asked them if they would replace the batteries. Service was quick; the cost was very reasonable; and staff were pleasant. I have experienced service from Subaru dealers in five states; this service center rises to the top! If I were in the market for a new Subaru, I would com to this dealer, even though I live in a different state. More
