Not helpful! Called on Monday to set up appointment to have a seatbelt replaced and spark plugs installed. I live three hours from Mandan and had other appointment Called on Monday to set up appointment to have a seatbelt replaced and spark plugs installed. I live three hours from Mandan and had other appointments in Bismarck on the following Friday, service department was completely uninterested in trying to do this work on the day I would be in town. So I will never darken the doors of this dealership again. Service employee was completely no help in fixing and maintaining our subaru. Very dissapointed. Sales sells the first car, service sells the rest. More

The ONLY reason Kupper didn't get 5 stars! Fast and efficient service Always simple to schedule an appointment and easy to add additional services. They checked many items and let me know of the results, giving honest recommendations of tire life, battery life, etc. Very courteous and as usual a pleasure to work with. More

Buy new car. We dealt with a fellow by the name of Tom Fetch. I had talked with him over the phone before we made the 4 hour trip to Mandan. When we got there I We dealt with a fellow by the name of Tom Fetch. I had talked with him over the phone before we made the 4 hour trip to Mandan. When we got there I felt as if we were old friends already. He treated us with respect and he and I were jousting back and forth like a couple of old horse traders. He was very helpful and got several models out of the snow for us to try out. We ended up buying a new car other than the model we thought we wanted. so far so good. More

I left there feeling like I am the stereotypical woman who was taken Generally I have always had good service. But my recent trip was disappointing. I left there feeling like I am the stereotypical woman who was taken advantage of at the car shop. I had some maintenance issues that needed to be fixed and also asked them to look at my car starter (which was purchased at a different shop in town years ago). I was told it was the transmitter in my remote and it was recommended that I buy a new remote, which I did. It was a few days before I tried to use my remote starter, and when I did the new remote was doing the same thing the old one was doing, not starting my car. I took my car back down to the dealership and was told that if their technician was to look at it I will be charged (what did I just pay for a few days ago??) and they recommend I go back to the shop that installed it and have them look at it. I asked them why then was I sold a new remote and can he tell me if that was even the problem to begin with since it is STILL NOT WORKING. I was told he couldn't be sure. So obviously they sold me a new remote and then did not even try it out to make sure it was working before returning my car to me (my own stupidity for trusting them and not testing it out right then and there too). I have always had my Subaru serviced at the dealership because I felt I was treated well and they were trustworthy (even though I know I could have the work done cheaper elsewhere). After this experience I am not positive I will be as loyal to them. More
