After finding out that the high mileage car we brought in for service was terminal we had a decision to make as to repair or replacement. The service department was excellent in explaining the issue with the old car and gave us a couple of different repair options. We decide it was time for a new car. Our normal sales person Allison was not in so we dealt with Matt. Matt worked with the sales manager and gave us what I thought was a fair deal on our old car considering the situation. This is the 3rd Subaru we've purchased from Kupper and each time the sale has been a positive experience.
